    Alarms not working properly

    After a few days of trying to set the alarms on 2 of these, they still don't work properly! One clock radio alarm never goes off on the radio station that I was last on and the other clock radio sometimes goes on and sometimes doesn't. These 2 will be returned. Terrible. The instructions are easy enough to follow, so I know it's not me! What else do you expect from a product from China? Doesn't even deserve one star.

    This is total junk. Sound quality is scratchy and awful. Would not work after the first few minutes. Light weight plastic. Do not buy.

    Audio stopped working

    I liked the panel lighting control feature. The settings are not user friendly for setting the alarm radio vs buzzer. I was disappointed that after 5 months the alarm and radio audio quit working.

    Very difficult to set up.

    This clock radio is incredibly difficult to set up. The clock set up is easier than trying to set the alarm. I like to wake up to music but after an hour of constantly resetting and resetting, etc. I gave up. I will probably return it. Very disappointing. I will try another, hopefully easier, model.

    DO NOT BUY. Worked for LESS THAN 1 week. Best Buy refused to provide a refund, despite the "alleged" existence of a warranty. (Best Buy and Insignia are the same company - not a 3rd party manufacturer) How can a product be so poorly made? I will never shop at Best Buy again.

      My suggestion is to bring situations like this one to the attention of the store on the next 15 days after the purchase so you can make use of your return grace period. Our manufacturer's warranty is 365-day and works differently, don't hesitate on contacting us when indicated.

    QUIT WORKING

    THIS ALARM CLOCK WAS GOOD UNTIL IT BROKE A MONTH AFTER THE WARRANTY ENDED. IT WOULD SHOW THE TIME BUT NO BUTTONS WOULD WORK. TRIED TO UNPLUG IT, TAKE THE BACKUP BATTERIES OUT AND PLUG IT BACK IN. BUT NOTHING. TORE IT APART AND FOUND A BURNT SPOT ON THE BOARD BY THE MICROPROCESSOR. PROBABLY ONLY MADE TO LAST TILL THE WARRANTY IS UP.

    When I went to first use it, I found the clock does not work. It does not blink when I plug it in, and the time does not change when I push the button. So it's totally useless as an alarm clock, which is what I bought it for. I waited too long to first use it, and now I have to send it back to the manufacturer.

    Actually zero stars!! They should stop selling this clock. It only lasts for 1-3 months!! I bought 2 of them within a 6 month period.

    Replaced Clock

    The clock stopped working after 2 weeks...screen when blank and flickered...but it did not always act up so i was reluctant to return the clock but I did...the process is not as welcoming as other stores. But I did get a replacement.

    Insignia took what should be a simple task, setting the time, and made it unbelievably hard. Come on folks, you can do better! Product being returned tomorrow.

    Had this alarm clock for two days now. Worked for one day and now the alarms dont even sound in the morning. Within two days I was late for work b/c of this thing.

    Fine, but could be simpler to operate

    It works, but I shouldn't have to read directions to set an alarm. Would be nice if it had another dimmer setting.
