We got it to listen to the radio while working in the garage just to have some background noise. The quality of the sound is horrible and could not get a clear broadcast no matter how much we tried. We ended up returning it.

The alarm clock is very light weight so pets or any small movement can easily knock if off the table. The radio works well but you have to move the antenna various times to get any sound.
