Freezes up

Each time, the unit freezes up on a channel (the very last one), giving me only the call letters - no pic. The unit does not power off (either with the remote or from the unit) without unplugging. Per Insignia's help line, whose service is outstanding, we conducted all the protocols to reboot to no avail. Great warranty and customer service. Works great when working. Just need to stay away from that last channel in the lineup.
