The audio is terrible and irregular. The remote control also malfunctions. Sometimes when trying to change channels it changes the volume instead , and vice versa. Total waste of money. Hoping to return it.

Audio Problem

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While for the most part this product does effectively translate digital video signals for an analog TV, it does not translate audio well. The audio is delayed such that it does not sync with the video. Though I have not tried adding an amplifier yet, I spoke to a representative of a popular amplifier and he claimed the amplifier would not correct this issue. My antenna signal is strong so it can't be blamed on that either. I don't know if there are other converters that would work better, but I am disappointed with the performance of this one.

Just plug and play ... simple

For a couple days prior to this the sound was out of synch with the picture but I thought that was a network problem.. Apparently not so.. Look elsewhere.. I had a Zenith that lasted for years.. and this for 9 months..
