Glad to purchase the digital converter which is a great deal compared to spending $90 or more a month for cable. I use internet only with a NETFLIX service. This product is working well, and is providing 100 channels. ABC, FOX, MSNBC, and many others in my local area.

You may need to purchase a TV antenna to make this work. However, I wanted to get rid of two cable boxes on TVs that aren't used that much. I paid $79 per digital converter (one time) and I'm saving $250 a year in cable bills. You still get all the network channels (but not the cable stations). Box only works as well as the antenna you buy. Pays for itself in one year (or one month if you get rid of cable completely). Great for seniors as well as students who can't afford cable, etc.

Being able to buy this product allowed us to cut the cord with the cable company! We gat a great picture with color and clarity .Cable companies have roped us off for to long . I should have bought this product many years ago ! Thankfully Best Buy had this product at a fair price . They gave me tips on installing the box for maximum benefit. I would recommend this product to any on who wants to cut the cord !

We cut the cord with our cable provider and needed this for the hd antenna. It serves its purpose to run an hdmi cord to the tv.

I disconnected from Directv… I purchased a digital antenna and I thought maybe I bought the wrong product. I connected this to my digital antenna and then used the HDMI out into the home receiver so I could branch it to my TV in the kitchen. I then used the RCA connections to take the sound to my whole home speaker system through the home receiver.

Works well. Easy to set up. Re programming channels is not difficult and improves performance

The analog input on my TV went out, rather than buy a new TV, I bought this and converted over to HDMI. Works good so far.

Converter box does its job, but using the remote to change channels is a hit and miss annoyance. Poor connection in the buttons. This has been an intermittent problem from the beginning, no matter the batteries. The identical product on another tv does not have this problem.

Bought a 4K tv not realizing that it didn't have a built in tuner and this converter box did the trick since I use it for my HD antenna.

Works great. Easy to set up and use. The picture on my TV appears to be sharper.

My tv doesn’t have coax, so I bought this. It worked perfectly. I plug the antenna to the box and an HDMI from the box to a tv. Works great.

Tuner does a really good job in bringing in all necessary channels for our TV. Price is kinda high but happy with the job of the product.

Since the A/V connection on T.V. is broken I brought this box in order to view local tv. This box was exactly was I need and it works great.

This unit is very buggy it usually takes several attempts to turn it on .the picture will lock up the only way I can turn it off is to unplug it .when it is on the picture is of very good quality. the response is poor with the remote. if you are willing to put with the bugs then buy it eventually it will do what it is supposed to do.

Very pleased with the Insignia converter box. It provides the power we needed for HDMI.

This little box gives me 25 or so off air channels where I live. Has an optional port to record via memory stick (haven't tried this yet). Display it's connected to didn't have a built in tuner so this was an inexpensive way to add tv capability. Would likely work well with a small computer monitor.
