With clearer lenses, higher resolution, and better software for hand tracking and apps, it's a no brainer. The only knock I have against it is the battery life. It seems the most I can get out of it is 90-150 minutes depending on the game that is being played. However, that is enough time for a VR experience as I do need to take a break every now and then. There are plenty of battery extension options.
