It's an adapter. It adapted for me. I feel very adaptive now. FYI make sure you know for a fact it is a Display port adapter you need. I've seen many people mistake HDMI for Display port and vice versa.

I found I had display ports instead of HDMIs. Most computer documentation doesn’t tell you that. These convert with a better picture.

It’s a pretty specific purchase but, it was a great buy when you are in need like I was with my graphics card was mismatched.

Are use this cable and my church with two insignia TVs and a computer that does not have an HDMI port. I have had no issues, it works fine.
