I think it works great, easy to use. Decent price.

After getting very frustrated trying to jam a HDMI cable into my video card, I finally figured out that it was a display port. Why any manufacturer would make a port that is just minutely different is just annoying. I weighed the purchase difference between replacing the card and buying this adapter. I bought the adapter. It fits, it works.

Because of our need to get the computer back up and running, we were sent the warranty replacement video card (not a BestBuy computer purchase) with only a DP port, our monitor having HDMI or DVI input. The solution was to spend the money and get this cable which did solve the issue...and its still working. What more is there to say? Needed it quick and BestBuy had one!

I needed this adapter to be able to use dual monitors. My video card had one display port connector and one HDMI connector. I was able to plug this male end of this adapter into the display port connector on my video card, plug an HDMI cable into the female end and now I have both of my monitors hooked up to my video card.

I used this to hook up my mini-Lenovo PC (which only had an SVGA and DisplayPort video output), to my smart tv's HDMI inputs. Also used this for my video projectors as well. Audio goes through as well.

My office is changing to a new industry-specific system, and the new Dell desktops only offered dual DisplayPort monitor outs. I ran to my local Best Buy to buy one of these adapters to get the initial setups started and it worked perfectly when connected to each of the ten computers.

I never realized there was a display port. So imagine how surprised I was when I was able to buy a display port to HDMI converter. Now I can have two inputs to my monitor, one from my work laptop and one from my personal PC tower. I’m absolutely happy now!

Purchased two monitors, however, I later realized that the docking station didn't have two HDMI ports. OK, it's an older docking station! However, it does have 2 display ports. Connected the monitors and like magic (AKA technology) the 2 monitors began working.

I purchased this after replacing my video card which had 2 HDMI outs, new card had one HDMI but 3 DisplayPort outs. Its single purpose is to feed video to previously installed HDMI cable run from PC to television when all other options are not available or viable. Works flawlessly on 99% of source materials.

Worked Right out the box, I decided I wanted to use Displayport along with the HDMI port on my New computer, for a dual screen setup. One Note: make sure you have the HDMI port selected on you computer monitor if it has multiple selection. LoL

I have bought a few of these adapters now and they always come in handy. I have a PC that has a DisplayPort out but no HDMI. This adapter allows me to hook the PC up to my 4K TV with no problems at all. Highly recommend if you are in need for an adapter like this.

It is the perfect size and performed as described with no issues.

I bought this with the Oculus rift because my graphics card has only 1 HDMI port and I needed to plug in my HDMI monitor and the Rift at the same time. It worked perfectly, although if you are also doing this, be sure to plug the adapter into the monitor instead of the VR headset, as lag on a monitor is better than lag in VR.

I have an old TV in our gym that I connect to a computer to display a cycling program. The TV doesn't have HDMI and when our house was built, we had a display cable fished in the wall. When I changed computers from a really old Mac to a PC, I needed this cable to connect!

A bit pricey for a simple Display Port DVI to HDMI adapter. Purchased this item to connect a 19 inch LCD HDTV to one on of the secondary display ports on my computer graphics card. Connected the cable and everything worked fine right from the start. My wife can now use the 19 inch HDTV to watch TV programs or use it as a second computer monitor.
