Ordered this to convert my television into my second screen/monitor for the WFH climate that we live in now and it works great! Just plug and go. The HDMI fits tight into the slot so no slipping out. I use this daily and I am very pleased. Would highly recommend.

It was very easy to install and works as promised.

I wanted to add another monitor to a computer that only had an available DisplayPort which I needed to convert to HDMI. I happen to find this DisplayPort to HDMI adapter as an open box at a reduced price. Even though it was an open box and potentially could have had problems, it worked perfectly. Hooray, found a good value.

I'm using this to connect my oculus rift to my graphics card and it works perfect

bought this in an attempt to get a smaller plug as two of the ports on my graphics card are very close - BB doesnt sell a direct displayport to HDMI cable (at least not in my store) so I had to pair it with an adapter, but at least the ports on the graphics card are less stressed

Bought this for a dual monitor setup and i think i get a slightly better display than the straight HDMI cable on the other monitor and is easy to install and does not make any display distorted or any kind of issue that i could see .. It is only one direction capable for connections .. Works great ..

Bought a refurbed PC and it had the oh-so-popular Display port. I needed a way to connect my monitor as it has no display port. This did the trick, the adaptor plus an HDMI to DVI cable I already had and I have digital signals flowing to my monitor.

Works perfectly for connecting my desktop to my TV, which only has HDMI. My GPU only has one HDMI port which is used for VR, so I need this adapter if I want to play VR and display on the TV for friends at the same time.

Found this was a must have when using 2 monitors with the ASUS - ROG Gaming Desktop. The installed card will only support 1 HDMI monitor port. Using this adapter does not appear to show any degradation of color or create any lag.

A must have product for the car. Works as advertised. Had bought one from Amazon and it was garbage after 1 week. Have had no issues with this item. A little more money than amazon but well worth it. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Works for what it's for. Is slim. Seems fast enough.

We all know that the amount of information that we are processing at one time, gamers I am talking to you, we need more and more screens. How many of us are trading stocks while playing COD, WITCHER, CYBERPUNK? Or catching up on who had the worst plastic surgery...You know, with all the money they have you would think their plastic surgery would look like Dolly Parton(still got it ALL together at her age) instead of Kenny Rogers or Mickey Rourke scary. I just use 2 screens right now nicely put together, large enough and curved for the more panoramic view. I am working on getting a 60 inch monitor for in front and slightly above my line of site. Never say Never my friends. Without this simple cord adding other screens can be a bit of a pin in the bootie....

I had to use this adapter because my computer only has one HDMI and I need 2 for Virtual Reality so I plugged this adapter into the DisplayPort and connected it to the monitor and the HDMI slot is now open for the VR. I see no loss in quality and everything works perfectly.

Works well. Good price. Would buy again. Better than buying the expensive one with same results.

This is a nice low-cost adapter and a must have for my graphics card, due it having 3 DisplayPort ,1 HDMI, and 1 DVI ports. I have three monitors and I wanted to be able to use my existing 12 foot HDMI cables I just bought. This accomplishes the task and was nice to my wallet at the same time.

I took photographs of the connector I needed on the back of the monitor and a photograph of the connector on my laptop. I showed the photographs two three different Best Buy employees and finally the third one knew what I was looking for. When I got it home I plugged it in and it worked and it is still working.

The cases on these adapters come apart easily, making them harder to disconnect, but a little super glue took care of that. These are great when you need to connect multiple monitors to docking stations with display port output, or using HDMI monitors/TVs with display port equipped laptops. The connections wear out with a lot of use, but for the price, they're wort it

This problem was the perfect solution for the problem that I had in my office. My CPU will only have mini display port on my monitors only have HDMI connection so I needed this type of adapter which works perfect and looks like it’s made with good quality materials

I am traveling with my HP Folio notebook, and had a need to connect to a monitor (TV). That is when I realized that my computer had a Display Port output, rather than HDMI! I stopped in to Best Buy and picked this adapter up. It is small, so it fits in my laptop case, and it works like a champ.

The adapter performed as expected, working well. It was more expensive than alternative brands that performed just as well, but it was in stock when I needed it. The adapter cannot overcome graphics card limitations for unusual resolutions.
