Connected my TV monitor to my computer with no problem.

Plugged right in and worked right away. I generally hate buying cables retail, but I was in a time crunch to get my home office up and running. The Insignia brand gives me reliable equipment and somewhat better prices than the big names.

Works as intended, it is however a bit expensive for an off-brand cable.

I purchased this adapter to try to revive an old monitor I had lying around and take advantage of it's HDMI capabilities but this adapter does not have 2 way communication capabilities so unfortunately it did not work for my project. Worse off, I purchased this adapter at the beginning of my build and didn't realize it wouldn't work until it was nearly complete. I returned to Best Buy to return the item and purchase the components I needed but it had been 15 days and apparently Best Buy won't honor returns past 14 days, so I threw it away next to the customer service register and took my business elsewhere. I won't shop at best buy again, period.

It i a cable of course it works but it is very pricey.

Very nice convertor to you if you do not have a laptop with a HDMI out.

Good . But flickering issue occurred while using excel.

The Insignia DisplayPort to HDMI adaptor didn't work when I plugged it into my computer and I considered returning it for a refund. I decided to see why it wasn't working and found that the male end of the adaptor has a housing that was too thick to fit into my DisplayPort so it wasn't getting fully seated into the plug because the adaptor was hitting the metal-work around the receiving plug. I had to trim the outer housing of the male plug of the adaptor to allow it to fit into my DisplayPort on my computer, at the risk of voiding my warranty. The other option was to trim the metal surrounding my DisplayPort plug and that would have been a harder and riskier job. After trimming the adaptor plug the adaptor worked as it should. But you shouldn't have to trim anything if it is made properly in the first place.

Very handy and useful for latest laptops that do not have an Ethernet port.

No issues using it. Easy and affordable. Supports 4K.

Bought this adapter to add a second monitor to my computer.

Received a Graphic card but I was only able to hook up 2 of my monitors to it because it lacked in another HDMI input. This was a quick easy fix. highly recommended!!

Needed to hook up 2 display monitors and this product satisfied those requirements. User friendly. High quality and simple to use. Works as expected with no problems.

Dell seems to use this configuration more than anybody

Cheaper than buying ANOTHER cable and less clutter.

Does its job and works well. That's about what you need from this sort of equipment. Price is a bit high, but that is too be expected from a brick and mortar store.

It work great no problems Insignia always produces great quality items

Had to get it for work for the laptop docks. Worked just fine.
