Signal did not translate with our new pc's GEForce video card to Samsung 27" curved 1080p monitor. Checked it out on an older pc, and it worked... but I didn't need it for that one. Hanging on to it for that "just in case I need it" moment. Only recommending this knowing it works, but under consideration of hardware compatibility. If you have the latest, top grade gear, this adapter may not be compatible.
