I have used this with a number of computers and video displays and never had a problem. Reasonably priced, works well, and so far durable.

It's simple and it works as described. As long as you are wanting to buy a DisplayPort-to-HDMI Adapter, you are in the right place. That's it.

I was upgrading my PC, but the monitor doesn’t have a HDMI connectors, so I had to make a quick run to Best Buy to complete my set up. The adapter works perfectly with easy hook up-don’t need a rocket scientist to assemble.

The first time I tried to convert my TV's to computer monitors, I was sold two wrong adaptors. One was getting to hot, I was afraid to leave it connected for fear that it would cause an electrical fire. The other one, I had to keep reconnecting and disconnecting before I was able to get to work. This one was very simple. Worked the first time I connected it. Plus, going this route saved me about $200. Plus, I can use the TV's elsewhere when I decide to no longer work from home.

Bought this because my computer has 3 display ports, but my monitor only has hdmi. Works wonderfully, never any problems. Cheaper than buying a full cable.

Honestly, there's not much that can be said about a DP-to-HDMI adapter. it's designed to allow you to connect a monitor that doesn't have DP inputs, to a computer that doesn't have HDMI outputs...it's that simple. There's nothing fancy, or complicated, about it. If you have a computer needing to be connected to a monitor, and the computer has a full-size DP output port, but no HDMI port...and the monitor has an HDMI input, but no full-size DP input...then you NEED this. It's (relatively) inexpensive, it does what it's supposed to do, and it does it without fail.

Great little solution for when you're stuck with computers or monitors with not the same connections. Very easy setup and performance is awesome.

Really easy to use on a PC which only had 1 HDMI port when I needed dual Hi-Def monitors.

Great product. Ran out of HDMI plug ins and needed alternative to plug in monitor from our desktop for gaming. Made mistake and bought $69 J5 product which is very high end for gamers. Retuned and bought Best Buy name brand for less then have the cost Insignia™ - DisplayPort-to-HE even though I am using a display port over an HDMI port on my desktop I still got the same resolution on my screen. Can't go wrong. I used both products and they produced the same results. This product is excellent for gaming and those that run too end graphic cards. Good deal.

The pandemic works again to stimulate the economy. Being forced into permanent telework status forced me to purchase what I needed to maintain the same level of functionality. And this was just another thing needed to make my life easier. Ugh. But getting this helped. It connected well with my HDMI and made my monitor to function as it should. I cannot swear to it, but I think the hallelujah chorus erupted through the sky when my monitor lit up in bright, vivid connection with my laptop. And again, with this being the store brand, I wasn't sure. But it worked just as it should.

This was an easy to install, affordable addition to my computers to add an additional HDMI port to connect a TV for training. Love it
