simple cable converter, does what it needs to do... i would say it is a but overpriced considering what you can get online ... but sometimes you got to pay the price for convenience

This adapter will make you forget that you are using an adapter. Everything works to include sound coming through the display port, so this will work perfectly if you need it for a TV or monitor with speakers.

Using this for a monitor of a laptop docking station solution for working at home. The signal drops off from time to time but doesn't stay dark for more than a few seconds so it doesn't hurt my productivity. It works for what I need it to do.

My grandson was so excited to get his gift. We had been 2 or 3 places and was unable to find it. He watched all day for delivery. When it came he was super pleased, which gave me great pleasure.

It works! What else is there to say. You buy something for a specific purpose, in this case, a quality picture after a converted loop, and you get what you asked. Nice.

I bought this adapter for for an old graphics card I found in a flea market. It would have costed me more money to get the actual cord so I was about to use this adapter and an hdmi instead.

Works perfectly. My only complaint is that if you need to put two of them side by side, they're just slightly too thick to do so (I mean, I jammed mine in there but would not advise others to do so).

Gets the job done and it was in stock at the store. Cheaper options available if you can wait for shipping and don’t need it right away.

Went into the store and saw an open box of this item, went ahead and picked it up. Works flawlessly, no issues at all whatsoever. Must recommend this product! Works with any computer and displays without distortion!

I needed this for a work computer. It's much better and easier to just get a computer with HDMI outputs built in. If you need it then this is a decent buy... but better to avoid.

Cable works well. It is directional, so will only work on PC side and not in a monitor

Wanna save buying a new cord? This was a great idea since I had USB cords laying around. No impact on the quality of the image on the monitor this product supports

Guys, buy these, stick in your back pack, and when that special public presentation happens that your presenter only has a display port and not an HDMI port... you'll be glad you bought it.

Worked for a while until the Internal wire got a little funky and only works in a specific position. For the money it did what it nodded to do.

The adaptor does exactly what it is supposed to do and is extremely helpful with my setup that I have. Must have if u only have a select number of Dp inputs. Note that it will not support refresh rates over 60htz.

Display port appears to be the monitor interface on new video cards. I had to purchase this adapter to connect a second monitor with an HDMI cable. Works as expected. Just an inconvenience.

It is good and I think the switch from hdmi does make a difference for gaming monitor. Also the fast and better looking on the color and frame rate does have the awesomeness in gaming.

If you have a dell PC with only Display port connections then this is for you. Hook your computer to a TV for a much richer gaming experience

Needs the cable for a meeting at work. As mi computer doesn’t have hdmi, but display port, I got this item to be able to connect. Did the job, nice quality and the price was fair.
