Takes to long for item to charge bought another online

Barely worked, stopped using after 2 days of trying

It was not what I expected just ended up using cords

The controllers, charger don't make contact 2charge

Hard to set controllers in the right spot, especially with 2 controllers. Most of the time you end up hitting the power button and starting the ps by mistake. Just a frustrating piece of design. Did they just use the same design from the ps3 to save some money?

Worked great for a couple of weeks. Now when controller is seated on the charging station the light comes on for about a minute and then goes out. It just won't consistently charge my controllers anymore. Very frustrating.

Recently bought the PSK Nathan Drake Bundle (yeah, yeah, yeah, I've been bragging every chance I get because I'm so stoked to have it! I realize I'm very fortunate to have such things. Naturally, being so excited to have the console/bundle, I waned to get some cool add-ons to go along with it, which included the vertical stand made my Insignia, a second dual shock controller, and this dual-remote cordless charging station (also made by insignia, if I'm not mistaken). And I've had it for roughly 3 days so far, and it has worked FLAWLESSLY! Not to mention, it looks super clean and sleek next to my now vertical PS4. Not too sure about what other reviewers are talking about, saying the remotes won't fit.. I've had zero issues, and both remotes charge dually. I don't know how this is going to keep up for the following months to come, but out of the box, it was a breeze to set up, and it's woking completely properly. I'd highly recommend. I'll be sure to update if i experience any problems in the future.. But so far, so good! Did I mention I LOVE my PS4?! haha

I really like this charger. It fits in a fairly small space, keeps my contollers charged up, and frees up a USB port on my PS4. The stand fully charged a completely dead controller in about 2 hours. I was a little concerned about the "dongle" that attaches to each controller, but it is very small. It does not affect the feel of the controller at all. In fact, when I use the controller, my fingers do not touch the dongle. I don't even know it is there. There is only one negative thing I have noticed, and it is very minor. Somtimes when placing the controllers on the stand, I have to jiggle one of them a little to get it to seat on the charging contacts. It is not a big deal, because each charging port has a blue LED that lights up when there is good contact. This also may be due to the fact that I have my stand in a tight location and have to rotate the controllers to get them on the stand. Someone else may not experience this at all. Definately NOT a deal breaker.

I bought this since we have two controllers that we use a lot at the same time and it was ten dollars cheaper than the Power A charging station. So far it works as advertised but getting the controllers seated correctly on the station so that they charge is a little tricky. I found that you need to insert the controllers at just the right angle so that it connects to the charger which isn't as easy as you might think. Once it's connected it works fine but then just don't move the charger base or else the controller might come loose and it won't charge. The good thing is that there are two lights on the base that indicate whether the controller is charging or not so this helps but I just wish it was easier to seat the controllers properly. If this was the case I'd rate this more stars.

The way the controller sits is not stable at all. However, it does keep a charge and is reliable. It will get knocked off easily however. There are better chargers out there.

This charger worked well you just have to make sure it's in properly all the way sometimes it will fall out other than that I have no complaints it works as it should

Awesome charger to have sit next to your couch. All I do is plop the controller into the charger when I'm done gaming and I have a fresh controller for the next play session.

This dual charger for PS4 controllers is fantastic. It always has your controllers ready to play. No waiting or lost time. Thinking of buying another one its so good.

The concept / design of this unit is faulty. It stands tall and it will fall over just about every time you try to put a controller on to charge it. It just doesn't weigh enough to not tip over. Furthermore, it's difficult to put the controllers on in the perfect place to stay connected and charge. Finally, the charger requires you to attach a small connecter to the USB port of controller (you can take it off each time or leave it on always but, they tend to fall off when you have to press a bit hard to place the controller on the charger). This unit is just not well built, not well designed, and not well thought out. I cannot recommend it and will be replacing it.

Plus is charging two controls at one to limit any possible down time. Do recommend for even a notice user of the PS4

This is what I lacked with my PS3. I love this thing. It charges faster than I thought it would, and with multiple gamers in the house this has been very useful.

The dual controller charger by Insignia for PS4 is a must have for the serious gamer. This unit accommodates 2 PS 4 controller with some minor manipulation to keep the controllers in place. It works well and chargers quickly.

Although this tips over very easily, as there isn't much weight, it gets the job done. I would recommend to a friend.
