This Insignia PS5 controller charging dock is even better than the 1st party option, if you ask me, as it's $10 cheaper, plus the light indicators match & pulse in time with the PS5's, & turn blue when fully charged; moreover, it connects with USB-C. The controllers easily sit on top of the dock, and, most importantly, connects via the bottom port on the Dual Sense controller, saving the USB port on top, as I've seen in various YouTube videos that repeatedly plugging & unplugging a USB in the port on top will slowly/gradually ruin the controller port (as with the PS4 controller). This is the best option, as it also will NOT overcharge the controller.

This makes it so much easier to make sure controllers are charged. My son and husband play the PS5- however my son would miss charging the controllers often with needing to do a plug in. Now, it’s a place to store and charge.

Works exactly as described. Chargers 2 PS5 controllers using the USB-C port on the front of the PS5. Lights up to let you know a controller is charging. Awesome.

controllers sit nicely in the docking area, each slot is numbered and front illuminates red while charging and blue when fully charged!

kids love it cause they are always forgetting to plug them in and with this they never forget and a good spot to put when done playing

I’ve been using this nonstop, getting used to swapping out a controller once it dies, and boom back to gaming. Comfortable fit for the controllers, snaps right in and indicates the charge with the light

The good: this is a simple, cheap charging station. For ~$15, it does what it promises — gives my PlayStation 5 controller a place to live and charges it. If you just want a basic stand to store and recharge controllers without spending much, this is fine. The not-so-good: the fit is loose. If you move the base even slightly, the controllers tend to fall out — they don’t feel secure. And yes, charging is slower than the PS5’s official options, which isn’t surprising — but the slow rate makes you realize this isn’t “premium.” Overall: not bad for what you pay, but don’t expect the sturdiness or reliability of a higher-end charger. It’ll do in a pinch or if you only use it occasionally.

I only have the 1 controller that came with the PS5, however I can definitely say I personally prefer being able to just throw it on this charging station instead of trying to plug it into a cable. Its easy to see when its fully charged, easy to grab and start playing without worrying about unplugging the cable.

This is a great way to keep your controllers charged while not playing. If you keep your console in rest mode, this will charge them while the console is inactive. There are 2 lights to inform you of whether it is charging for completed. Seems like a great product and the bestbuy black friday price was unbeatable!

PS5 controller and stand to keep the controllers ready for gaming at all times. Solid charger with lights to indicate when the charging is complete.

The front lights show you how charged each controller is. The color matching is great minus the fact that the ps5 is shiny and the charger stand is closer to matte than shine. Totally worth it over PlayStation brand. Turns off with ps5 and stays on until your off time if you have it in rest mode.

This makes long gaming sessions easier to have. One controller dies on you, just get the other, and enjoy gaming again while the first controller charges. Otherwise the relatively cable free charging experience is really cool

Love the look of this charger as it blends in with the look of the Ps5. The led indicator lights are great to know when it’s charging and charged. Works flawlessly.

I love the simplicity of the design. It fits well with the PS5 I also like the fact that when the controllers are fully charged, they automatically stop charging. The indicator lights are clearly visible, and I can clearly see when it’s charging and fully charged.

This was a gift for my grandson. The original charger stopped working. He loves it. It works great

Got this for Christmas. Good way to keep the controllers organized and charged. Toughest part is getting the kids to put the controllers on it.

Small form factor and does the trick and has lighting indicators like orange on the front for charging and blue indicators for the charging that’s been completed. I have not found a Bass that does a better job.
