Design and lack of AC style plug hinder this item

The controllers just seemed to not sit flat in cradle. The bigger issue I had w this is lack of AC plug which meant most likely the short USB plug was made to plug into the system. We need our controllers charged before we use the system.

This would be OK if it charged via USB-A, which the PS5 has two of on the back, but it's USB-C so you either need to buy a USB-C adapter (instead of being able to use one of the dozen USB-A chargers you've probably got laying around) or plug it into the lone USB-C port on the front of the PS5, which isn't reasonable for something you'll be leaving plugged in all the time. Waste of my time picking it up and now having to return it.

Useless - Defective USB-C

I bought this mainly because it was the least expensive option at the time. When i tried to plug it into my PS5, the USB-C kept slipping out of the port. I tried using a usbc brick and even my MacBook pro to see if it’ll stay in those, but it didn’t. Out of curiosity I tried holding in, but that didn’t seem to charge the controllers Had to return the next day. At this point, I’ll just get the Sony branded one.
