You cant go work with it. The lights tell you if the unit requires charging and of course goes green when ready for game play.

Low Battery Life

Easy to use / charge. Light indicates charging status. Can charge 2 controllers at once. The Bad: Full battery charge does not last as long as anticipated. Battery can be tricky to install.

It was actually more money and less efficient. I plan on buying another one of these because they hold a great charge. Plus the docking station helps clean up my desk.

They were always getting lost in the couch. My son has loved having this charging station.
