Picked up this charger for Black Friday. I installed the battery correctly and tried plugging the power cord into the Xbox and a USB power brick and would not work. This item has good reviews so I guess mine is just defective. Will be returning.

Insignia the only honest company not ripping customers off, im convinced. I was able to get so much more xbox accessories due to the price point of their products compared to microsoft. Most people dont know insignia is a best buy brand (my favorite store) the batteries last for long periods of time with heavy use. Highly recommend pairing it with the insignia controller dock. They come with charging plates that make it simple to charge by placing them on the dock, no cords for those who want to go cordless.

Got this charging dock for a great price. I appreciate that it comes with everything needed (minus the remote). Charges fairly quickly as well. Saves me a lot on batteries

Charges both my controllers fast, and has a long battery life. Looks really good too, and is smaller than my last charger that took up to much space.

I have 3 gamers in my household plus friends that come over and game with us. Making sure we have a charged controllers is a must. This is my second charging station. The price of buying one of these was about the same as ordering 2 rechargeable batteries, I know for a fact that this is good value so I paid the little more for what I know works perfectly. My household doesn't know the living room is getting one so they'll stop taking my controllers from the bedroom. I will always recommend this.

There are several charging options available for XBox series controllers and I ended up going with this one. I think it's very important to do some research before making your decision though. Insignia offers this dual controller charging system that is powered by an available USB port on your XBox Series console, unlike others that require an AC adapter plug in. Also, the Insignia Dual Controller charging system comes with two batteries and replacement battery covers for the controllers. What is important to know is that these batteries are used to replace the ones in your controllers and are specifically designed to use with this charger. Your included batteries aren't going to work with this charger. Also, if you have original XBox One controllers, they aren't going to work with well with this charger either because the included battery covers will not fit on them. And I don't recommend charging these controllers with the batteries exposed. The price was right for me for this Insignia charging system and being able to charge the batteries from a USB port is also a plus.

A nice changing base for a fair price. If you have xbox one controllers you will need to take the back off in order to charge the battery. The backs supplied with the charging station do not fit well with the xbox one controllers. You can however, use the standard backs for the Xbox One controllers . after they are charged
