The poorly designed dock, slow charging time, and low build quality make it a waste of money. There are much better charging systems on the market that are more reliable and effective.

Does not fully charge controllers

Have two new controllers that we use this device to charge, and they don’t last past a couple hours.

It doesn't work with any batteries other that what comes with it (it doesn't even work with the batteries from the Insignia Play + Charge kit). You have to use the battery cover which has a hole so the contacts can touch the battery inside the controller. So now I can only use this on 2/4 controllers. These are also NiMH batteries so when the start to lose charging ability I can't replace them and continue to use the charger.
