    Had to go and buy a new one just a month later. The dock would not connect properly to the controllers battery.

    Sure the batteries do recharge, but the experience getting them lined up on the recharge station is not great. There is no clip in mechanism or anything so if you breathe on the controller its probably going to stop charging.

    One of the batteries stopped working after two weeks. Customer service offered no help with a replacement. Will no longer be buying and insignia products with this kind of support.

    Batteries last a long time, longer than AA's, and recharge quickly. The charging dock is convenient and looks nice sitting next to the console. Recommended.

    Worked well for 2.5 months and then one of the controller contacts broke off so now only charges 1 controller at a time.
