I always have at least one fully charged controller, and the battery pack has never run out on me inbetween my gaming/charging sessions. I also absolutely love the cradle itself, especially when compared to the charging station for my PS5 controllers - while my PS5 charging dock does not require the use of third-party battery packs, it’s shockingly difficult to align the [PS5] controllers onto their charging cradle ports; you have to precisely line up the [PS5] controller to the base charger or else it winds up being a useless controller stand. For the Insignia Xbox One X fual charging station, the simple design provides for ease of use, and a good quality for the price point. Highly recommmend for casual or hardcore gamers alike.
