Not very compatible

It didn't interface properly with our Sharp digital TV; we could play a DVD but not access other features using either the Insignia or Sharp remote. We replaced it with an LG that works well. The manager at Best Buy was very good about the situation and we received full credit with no hassle.

Remote did not work & disc got stuck in DVD Player

Then the disc got stuck in the DVD Player. I had to take it apart to get out the disc.
