    I have an old wood-burning computer that needed this adapter in order to hook up to a regular TV monitor. Works great! No apparent loss of signal.

    Worked perfect. Needed to hook up second monitor, only had one hdmi slot. This adapter allowed me to hook up the second monitor to the graphic card.

    Some times the interface for the monitor and the one for the computer are not compatible. This little adapter will do the trick. Just plug in and go!

    This Insignia adapter is great to connect mac to non-mac monitors. The Insignia brand is a good alternative to the Apple brand and much cheaper.

    It does the job it was intended for, I've never owned another DVI to VGA adapter but I presume they all perform similarly.
