    This DVI-I to VGA did what I needed. If considering this over a DVI-D please note that the spade (flat portion) has two pins on either side of it. Some video cards do not have the four extra pin holes and this adapter will not work. A DVD-D to VGA adapter will work even if your VGA adapter has the four pin holes.

    It's not excellent. Sometimes I have to wiggle it around to connect. It was also a little pricey. Other than that, it's fine.
