works but...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this adapter to convert from DVI coming out of the computer's video card to VGA to a signal duplicator. The adapter works 100 % percent fine, BUT on some, or maybe all video cards, the outputs are placed very close together. With that being said, this adapter has excess plastic flaring out the sides to a point where if the adjacent output from the video card is being used, it gets blocked from being plugged in. I am aware that if you use the wrong combination of cables and plugs in similar situations, you could run into the same problem. The solution would be to cut or grind off that extra plastic until your other plugs fit. In my situation, I don't need that. I have kept the adapter and use it and it works great! I discovered this predicament with the extra plastic because my friend needed to find out which dvi-to-VGA adapter would work for him... he uses dual screens and I noticed it then.
