POOR PACKAGING

I HOPE IT WAS BRAND NEW. DIDN'T RETURN CAUSE I NEEDED THIS ASAP FOR WORK. I STILL THINK IT WAS UNPROFESSIONAL TO SHIP A CUSTOMER A PRODUCT THAT WAS ALREADY RETURN AND OPENED..

Of course it works as expected. It didn't have the full range of pins I was accustomed to seeing though. Not sure what that means or if it's a quality thing, but it works, nevertheless. I just wonder how cheap it could've been obtained online.
