Tried to return it to Best Buy, but they said it was 5 days past their chintzy 15 day return policy. Come on Best Buy - it is just an connector with no electronic parts. It's a $15 item and they should take it back with no questions. Instead, they are upsetting a long time customer who will now spend $1000's somewhere else!!!
