I bought this without checking the reviews first and i have to say i am quite satisfied with this charger

Has a hard time staying connected when on the charger. Have to wiggle it around almost always for it to stay on, also only has 1 battery pack, still probably beats 20$ worth of batteries though

I recommend this charger to everyone I know with an elite controller. The charging stand is perfect .

Extremely fast shipment of the product (basically overnight) but I was unaware that it was an open package/used product. That info should have been advertised... I would not have invested in this product if I knew it knew it was open box!!! The box was bent and the tape that holds the box shut was folded inside the box. I plugged the unit in and it appears to be operating properly so I don't believe I will have any problems.

I bought this to have a nice stand for my elite controller after about a an hour of using my Elite controller started randomly disconnecting and reconnecting every 20 to 30 seconds I thought maybe my controller just went it is a older elite controller so I put it and to another controller and about after an hour the same thing started happening my console works fine with the one controller I did not put this battery pack into. So now after 2 trips to best buy and over 3 hours on the phone with insignia and best buy I'm out 1 elite controller 1 normal controller and whatever it costs to send my controller to microsoft to fix it. Also as a side note I'm very disappointed in the customer service I received from both best buy and insignia.

Bought two of these; one for me and one for my son. 2 days later, after one dropped controller, the prongs on the battery had disconnected and no longer worked. 1 week after that, after no incidents, the other battery simply stopped taking a charge. Red light for over 24 hours using the supplied charger. XBOX showed 50% battery, was dead within minutes.

I love this Just trying to find out if I can add another charging base to it
