Okay! So this is my Story! I live on a fixed income, and with the yearly increases in my rent, I could no longer afford to pay that always changing expensive cable bill, so I decided to try out antenna T V, and to my surprise, it is working out just fine!! It took me a little while to figure out how to download the antenna channels, and how to adjust this fine tuning antenna, so that I could get the most channels possible, and a clear picture!! I have two of these antennas, and I'm going to buy one more real soon!! I no longer have a cable TV bill, and I get about 160 Channels For Free!! The Antenna Cost $20 Priceless!! :-))

I now subscribe to internet and WIFI only. I bought the $20 vs. $15 version because it has more reach. Didn't want to mess with outside type device on roof and then all the cabling & wiring. I have 2 Roku Smart TV's, a Smart Samsung, but no Roku, and a smaller "dumb" TV. I bought 2 Roku devices for the Samsun and the Dumb TV. 3 have their own antenna, and the 4th TV has a splitter to the Antenna. You have to play with them to get them placed properly. Be aware of where your stations and their towers are. If they are East of your house, antenna on West side may not work as well. So.... My internet bill just went from $135 to $45. I spent a little money to get there, but will recoup in a month or two of billing. I still have my Netflix and PBS subscriptions. Don't need much else with Roku TV's. I dropped Amazon. I got HULU for live news, but found I didn't need it. Dropped that, too. SOOO...! I get 30-50 local stations, including local news and weather. I have Netflix and PBS on all my devices, and with Roku have all their features. This thing, for $20, is fabulous and works great. Just know you have to play with it to get your direction feed. It may come and go with weather or air traffic interference, then fiddle with it again. Two are inside, near TV and facing where I know the stations are. One is outside on a screened covered deck where it won't get wet. This is the one we did a splitter, so it feeds both Deck (dumb) TV and Family Room 4k Ultra HD Smart Roku TV. Cheap way to get local channels and then of course do your streaming. bought one for a friend and showed her what to do to save $$!!!

I'm using this antenna for a Bedroom TV and i'm very pleased with its performance. The only problem is that there are one or two channels that require adjustment when I first change to them, but on the other hand, I get a lot of extra channels I didn't expect to have. It was the least expensive but it does a great job.

This antenna worked better than the $65 Terk antenna I bought- even better that I got it on sale for $15! I was skeptical about the rabbit ears and because of them I could not attach it the the tv I wanted located in the built in wall unit. As fate would have it I got an idea... When I cancelled my satellite service they never removed the dish or the cables from my roof or attic. I located where the cables from the dish came into the attic and disconnected the connector that distributed the signal to the 3 tvs downstairs. I used a 3 way cable splitter and connected it to this antenna in the attic and get perfect reception in 3 rooms in my house through the cable jacks in my house. I cannot believe it works- I get every digitally broadcast channel in my area! Save your money on those expensive antennas- this is all you need. And with the extra knob to fine tune your signal it is the best deal going. The true test will come next summer to see if it will be able to handle the heat in the attic, but for the price I paid and the great reception I receive, even if I had to replace it every so often it is worth it and STILL CHEAPER THAN CABLE!

It's not the best antenna but its decent, i can watch all the channels with this but i have to move it to watch some channels, i have bought better antennas here at bestbuy for $30 dollars and those i don't need to move them around, but i use it for my exercise room so it's ok and cheap.

I'm not paying for cable on my TV, so it's nice getting some local channels with this handy, easy-to-use antenna.
I am not sure if it just depends on my area or not, but I can't seem to get all of the channels I'd like (ABC, Fox, and MeTV don't seem to come in). The signal can also sometimes get interrupted if a large vehicle passes by my house. Again, might be more to do with my area, or how I have the antenna set up, but could be better here, I guess.
Still, it's better than no antenna at all, was simple to get set up, and enables to catch a majority of the local programs I want to watch on the channels it allows me to tune into. All in all, I'm satisfied with my purchase, especially as it was only $8!

Originally I bought the other Antenna which is more expensive than this item, but the quality is the same as this item for me. So I return that expensive one and keep this one. It is cheap and small, easy to set up. It is perfect for me.

Using "rabbit ears" to get a TV signal in 2015 is a bit old fashioned, but if you're a cord cutter who still wants to get local channels, this product is a good value. Just screw in the cable to the back of an HDTV (or into a converter box if you're using an older TV) and you will be able to pick up your local network (ABC, CBS, FOX, etc). affiliates, as well as independent local stations. The picture looks great and the range seems to be quite good. According to the box, if you have a 4K TV you can still use the antenna and your TV will upscale to near 4K quality.

surprisingly the antenna actually works, as long as you have it mounted high in a window with the cable running back to your tv. no reception at all if its not in the window. walls or other obstructions block the signal completely. the picture quality is good and in hd. there are times that the picture will pixalate and not be viewable. only stations with a strong signal to your location will be tuned in. Have bought two of these just to have access to local tv only. we stream everything otherwise.

We cut the cord and got rid of our Directv. We only needed a few local channels to watch Big Bang Theory on. We went to Best Buy and saw this antenna. It was the cheapest one they had, and even though a store employee helped us, he didn't try to upsell or say bad things about this one. It's just a basic antenna and it worked better upstairs than downstairs. We got stations up to 35 miles away, even though it says 20 I believe.

Bought this on Daily Deal. We live in Northern Virginia and have some trouble in our location receiving DC area Over The Air (OTA) TV signals with an antenna (particularly VHF). Two of the major stations in our area (the CBS and ABC affiliates) broadcast on the VHF band. I have tried multiple antennas with varied success. This antenna is the second best indoor antenna I have tried. It receives almost all of the UHF stations in the area from an upstairs location in front of a window (with blinds raised). It also received one of the two VHF stations (still working to see if it will pick up the other) . For the current clearance price, it is a good buy as a backup for cable and to receive any OTA TV stations not carried by our cable provider (Cox Cable does not include the DC area Channel 14 OTA stations in our cable package). I'm still looking for an interior or exterior antenna that receives both VHF stations clearly at all times so I can get rid of cable TV. This antenna comes close; but, it is not quite there. It does clearly receive the Channel 14 stations not included in our cable package so successfully serves as a backup for that purpose and for those rare occasions when our cable is out.

This is not the best antenna but if you don’t live too far from the transmitters it should work fine. I can get about 7 out of 15 of my local stations with this antenna but I don’t live to close to the transmitters. For the price paid it is a decent basic antenna but there are better out there for more money.

Set up was quick and picture is good. My father purchased a more expensive antenna and he has been having trouble getting as many channels as we do with this one. Works great especially for the price.
