Returned it back to Best Buy with no problems. Did not get an exact replacement due to where it broke and concern that others would break in the same area.

We "cut the cord" over a year ago and the cable company just recently sent someone out to disconnect us. So this was the next logical solution and honestly its HD appears to be better than when it came through the cable. I will note however that your location plays a critical part in how this product will work for you.
