don’t waste time and just buy this

And yes. I brought my TV in to store because I thought it was the TV but instead had to purchase a brand new remote. Unfortunately I had to buy the remote before the TV would work because the one that came with TV did not. But at least they helped to connect the new one

We were able to follow the directions that came with the new controller. After a couple try's she could use the TV again.
