I ended up at this location several times over the weekend and was pretty stoked to see how eager the staff was to process my exchange and get me out the door. Customer service is not a think of the past.

Perfect for TV Setup After Default Settings Restor

After restoring, the TV wants you to sync the remote, but the 3rd party remote wont work. I ordered this remote and turned the TV on with it and its skipped the remote setup and i was aw to complete the TV setup. TV is now back up and running and the 3rd party remote works again also.

The app is a headache in the sense of convenience and functionality. Finally got a replacement remote. Syncing to my TV was quick and painless, and remote has been working great.

Got this gen 2 remote and wala!! Able to control tv and sound bar! Works great and less expensive than an updated TV!

After changing batteries with no result I contacted the Geek Squad. They recommended a new remote. The Insignia worked the first time I aimed it at the tv and has been working ever since. And, the price was right, as well.
