Unfortunately, my puppy chewed the original... teething). Purchased this one and immediately had access to my TV again without a need to program it. Subsequently, the puppy named above chewed the first of these replacements and I can say I'm thankful to be a total tech member because it was replaced with that questions. Best Buy provides top notch service, as well as top notch products. Thank you Best Buy!

But, this remote was excellent and stays connected to the Fire TV. It was automatically connected without any codes.

I had to replace my old controller and this reprogrammed itself or the TV reprogrammed so I can use the app buttons for Disney or Netflix. It is easy to use!

Perfect Replacement After 6 Years

None of them worked. Finally, I found this remote, and it’s been a game-changer. It connects immediately as soon as we switch it on, with no setup issues at all. It’s very reliable, easy to use, and feels just like the original. After years of frustration, this is the first remote that truly solved the problem.

Best Buy staff helped me find a nearby location. At home the product synced to my device with ease. Everyone did their part with knowledge and professionalism.
