Is that there where different textures for each button in order to help tell which button is which for (the power, volume up, and volume down button). In order help those who have difficulty seeing or have bad eyesight to help, them to tell the difference. Between each button or least at minimum the buttons, I’ve mentioned earlier.

Why Did I Have This Expense?

Did some checking to see if others had experienced this and found where a couple of people had said they bought a replacement remote and problem went away. This is what happened in this case. Wasn't much cost to replace, but why? If is same why didn't original work correctly?

The quality is decent for the price & solved my issue quickly and easily with no issues setting it up to use with the fire TV

The kids lost the TV remote, so I ordered this one. It was a fair price and it was delivered quickly. All I did was put in 2 AAA Insignia batteries and point it at the Insignia Fire TV. I was worried that I would need to adjust the setting or something. I did not have to. Just put in batteries and point at tv. It worked. Thank you. I am an Insignia product convert. Value for money.
