Pairing was a breeze and has newer app keys in comparison to my old remote. ( tv is 3years old). I do wish it was a little cheaper though.

Usually when I go in the store I tend to avoid any help from customer service. In most cases at other places it's too much and they try to sell you everything. The customer at best buy was amazing. They grabbed exactly what I needed and even made me laugh by telling a joke or two. They walked me all the way to the front and anticipated any questions or concerns even as I checked out. I was in an out in no time! Everyone is so helpful and so nice!

It works perfectly with their tv ( We did find the original remote down inside their recliner so now they have 2 remotes

It was easy to set up and worked as it should. I "lost" the original remote when moving the TV, turned out a ferret had hidden it. I thought it was a little pricey, but when you have no other choice, you do it. Others available at the Giant Delivery retailer didn't have the voice option.
