    This remote connected immediately after adding batteries to it . Worked beautifully. Would definitely recommend!! I previously tried to use a generic smart remote from Amazon that would supposedly work with my Insignia tv, but I never did get that one to work.

    It works. I keep forgetting I have dogs so I had to get this again. This time I went in the store. Pretty quick assistance. I talked to the gentleman in the front and he told me the item will be waiting for me at the front. Quick checkout. Remote is easy to use.

    I have an Insignia fire TV. My puppy ate my remote. Tried purchasing one in Amazon and didn't work well. Bought this and didn't even have to try to pair with the TV. Just put the batteries in and was good to go.

    I wanted an extra remote, so the wife, my wife and I both had one. No fighting over the remote lol bought one online from Amazon. It sucked so I returned it. But this one from Best Buy with the programmed, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, prime, and Disney+ way better..
