I didn’t have to go through the pairing process, it automatically connected and got straight to using it. Looks just like the 1 that originally came with my Tv.

Our puppy chewed up our original remote and we bought an universal remote that didn't work well at all. Tried the remote on our phones but somehow the wifi got messed up and we couldn't even turn the TV on so when we found this one, we were beyond excited and it did not disappoint.

It connects to the TV to be able to turn it on and control the volume. The only issue we have had is that it seemed to run out of battery fast, but I am not sure if that is a error on our part.
