They stall, I have to go on youtube to watch videos on how to sync repeatedly. And the previous insignia remote I had will only turn on tv through the voice button. If you have extra money, buy you a good tv where the remote works properly

Also did not have a receipt looked it by the date of purchase and helped me getting my refund
