All the buttons are on there just as the old one. Which you don’t see in the pictures. Everything works the same just as the original plus I like the new blue button color.

I searched and searched, then one day I saw this one and checked it. It works! Just like the original! Voice works on it too. Now he can use his tv like he should be. Lol

Life happens, moves happen, and sometimes things get misplaced. Knowing this was available to extend the use of our television, and OEM to boot, made this a wonderful option.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After misplacing the remote for the Fire TV we bought (on the cheap) we eventually found the other one. We now have two. The TV itself was never to be used for streaming but as a low-cost OTA set for use at the far side of the house in an office. We found when the TV was connected to the Internet its bandwidth draw was excessive and it was always updating with sales offers. It was so bad we had to disconnect it from the router and shut off wireless. As an OTA set it has also failed. During atmospheric issues when signals can be spotty (even with the outdoor antenna we have) if the station we are watching looses sync, the set goes dark and loses all pre-programmed channels. The only way to resolve this is to disconnect power and boot from scratch. Usually you do not have to rescan channels but sometimes that is warranted. It seems to remember them but bringing them forth tot eh screen requires the reboot. The remote itself is devoid of customary controls. To get from Channel 2 to Channel 38 you have to click the up butting at least that many times to get there. There is no digital pad with numbers on it. It's clear I made a bad mistake. I will eventually but a new and better set and reassign this unit to be a Computer monitor, assuming of course it does not give up before then.

The TV itself is great purchased mid-2019. But I'm on my 3rd remote. I'm not sure why but these remotes just don't last very long. I noticed this latest version has a slightly different layout and the clicks of the buttons feel different. Hoping they improved the remote so that it will last longer.

We purchased one off of Amazon, but it wasn’t quite compatible. This on however, works just as it should

This is a great find and the Fire TV/ALEXA options are awesome since all my apps are built in and to be honest that makes streaming and binge-watching a breeze.

Unfortunately I had a defective remote. After reporting the issue, was promptly sent another replacement the next day. Everything went very smooth without any hassle.

That said, I wish a highly durable (and larger w/ more features). Fire remote was available. I’m a GenX’er. I don’t like talking into a remote. It’s weird. I’d rather push a button.

Worked great no problems, I didn’t have to sync. It is the same remote with Insignia name,, would recommend getting warranty. The battery compartment isn’t the best. You need this remote for these Amazon TVs
