these remotes are a little difficult to find and amazon has a bunch that often don’t work. i came to best buy to ensure it would work asap and it did! trustworthy

My kids lost my original remote. I purchased this one from Best Buy and it was so easy to use. I just opened the box put in the batteries and it remembered my tv and connected instantly. I purchase all of my electronics from Best Buy.

Love it and it works perfect. I bought this replacement because my kids misplaced my original one, no problems since although i found bk the old one i still use this one.

Not much to say about a replacement remote but for the price and set up, it does the job. I recommend it as a buy if you need a replacement and don't want to spend the extra few dollars for the original. :)

perfect! my remote for my FireTV Toshiba stopped working and i couldn't find a replacement because none of the remotes are compatible with FireTV but luckily insignia realized the market for this and just released this remote! so happy i don't have to just my phone anymore! the connection has been seamless.

Have had this remote for a about 9 months now, puppy chewed up the one that came with our smart tv so I had to get a replacement. We tried to be really good anout not leaving it out but she got to it again… still works tho lol

This has been a helpful replacement. It was good that I could go into the store purchase it and sue it same day. I originally wanted to order from Amazon but did not want to wait.

My dog got bored and chewed on the original and the Amazon knock off was $10 less, figured getting the OG would last a little longer. No complaints yet and was so easy to set up!

Yeah, the dog ate my remote, but your salesman at the Tracy store was amazing. Helped this old cowboy figure out which one works on his TV and I work right out of the package.

Works fine. The remote that came with the tv, killed batteries weekly. Got this replacement and have had no problems with it. Didn’t have to pair it either. It automatically worked.

Works perfectly with my firetv, literally no issues whatsoever. It took a moment to remember the quick subscription service buttons had changed but it works as advertised

I have a insignia fire tv and the control that brings the tv eats the battery so fast I don’t know why but this control as a replacement solve my problem worth the money!
