The app is a headache in the sense of convenience and functionality. Finally got a replacement remote. Syncing to my TV was quick and painless, and remote has been working great.

It works as good as the original, and was very easy to sync, the new remote with my TV. It comes with easy to read instructions.

Fire tv remote replacement

This was amazing and perfect. I just popped batteries in and it instantly connected to the tv with no issues

After changing batteries with no result I contacted the Geek Squad. They recommended a new remote. The Insignia worked the first time I aimed it at the tv and has been working ever since. And, the price was right, as well.
