Replaced the remote with this one (identical) in April 2021, and now I'm having to do it yet again in Oct 2022. TV is just fine but the FiOS remote lasted more than 5 years, and i only stopped using it because we moved. It was still working. So, this remote is fine, just know you will be replacing it every 12 - 18 months. Ugh.

Great when it actually works...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works better than the original but it’s still hit or miss. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Like right now the volume button won’t work so I can’t hear anything no matter what I do. It turned all the way down and I can’t make it any louder. There’s always at least one button per day that doesn’t work then magically starts working again later. Every replacement I have tried is junk. I will never purchase insignia electronics again.

And all I was told was if it don’t work return it like I have time for that being that I was already here the first time to return a remote

Not the super replacement as claimed
