Perfect replacement remote. Worked right out of the box.

I had to get a replacement because the original remote to my Insignia Fire TV kept saying battery offline. Anyway, the placement of the buttons are a little different, so it took a bit to get used to that, but otherwise it has worked flawlessly.

Have had this remote for a about 9 months now, puppy chewed up the one that came with our smart tv so I had to get a replacement. We tried to be really good anout not leaving it out but she got to it again… still works tho lol

I have a insignia fire tv and the control that brings the tv eats the battery so fast I don’t know why but this control as a replacement solve my problem worth the money!

I recently purchased this Insignia replacement remote and I’m very impressed. It connected to my TV right away with no complicated setup, and all the buttons function just like the original. The layout is easy to use, and the buttons are responsive—not too stiff or noisy. The build quality feels solid for the price, and it’s lightweight but not flimsy. I also appreciate that it works immediately without needing to enter extra codes.

I was so surprised at how short of a time it took for it to automatically connect to my TV. It works perfectly fine just as the original that came with the TV. Haven’t had any problems with it whatsoever other than a little battery change.

was so happy I didn’t have to program this remote to my TV. The TV had been used with original remote which was then lost in a move. I thought for sure there would be some issue getting it to work with my TV but nope, it turned on immediately. Very happy.

Works great. Old remote was slow this one is faster and seems a bit easier to use. Don’t mistake the mic button for the power button as it is a different color

Replaced my remote and it works great No programming needed

We bought a Fire TV for my mother-in-law last year and she somehow managed to drop her remote in the trash. We were pretty devastated because we didn't know if the remote was replaceable. To my surprise, the remote was readily available at my nearest store and I was able to get a new one the same day. The remote was affordable and extremely easy to set up. The pairing instructions are concise and to the point. It functions perfectly as the other one did before. We couldn't be happier. I'm so grateful Bestbuy carried this remote in stock because it truly made my mother-in-law's life so much easier.

This remote works very well with our Fire TV since the remote that came with the TV broke. We were able to program fast without any issues. I will not buy any remotes again with Amazon and will come to Best Buy first.

Buttons very small & close together. No backlight. It’s an Insignia Remote and it was to replace a Toshiba remote which was a better product and definitely more comfortable in the hand. Supposedly Toshiba remote was no longer available. Never asked for a warranty policy on the replacement but the customer service representative just added it to the order. Cost almost as much as the replacement product. Too difficult to correct the error (?) so that was a bit deceptive.

this remote works very well with my insignia TV. It works as good as the original, and was very easy to sync, the new remote with my TV. It comes with easy to read instructions.

Great product love the tvs. This stuff never breaks and if it messes up youtube has intructions how to fix.
