    Its not original, the buttons are hard and never like the one it comes with the tv. Not even 10% value for the money

    Over priced , cheaply made junk God forbid it accidentally falls! Boom game over its broken. Then dint matternyou get the warranty or replacement insurance. Can only use it once.

    Wrong remote. I gave them the EXACT part number, they couldn't send the right one. I want my money back but it is too late! BEST BUYS ERROR! I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK.

    I don't recommend it, it only lasted 4 months. If it was damaged, it didn't want to work more than one day to the next. It even had a fall protector for any accidents but it doesn't work.

    Sorry this item didn't work for my TV. I bought the TV from Best Buy and the original remote but somehow the remote was lost. So I purchased a second remote and called customer service twice and finally they said that the remote doesn't work so I'll be back to exchange the remote for another one. Thanks

    Works less than half the time, unresponsive for the most part. My old one stopped being responsive and this replacement is only 5% better. For the price I do not recommend. Go spend it on sushi or something worthwhile.

    Junk. $30 remote that lasted less than a year. Stopped working and started heating up and made batteries super hot to the touch! They don't make anything to last these days! Just awful!
