    I would suggest contacting the original manufacturer of your television to acquire a replacement remote instead because this item did not work because it will not work if tv has gone through a factory reset.

    I thought I burgs a samsun, not Toshiba. Im confused. It is not working....I feel frustrated since I pay 53.00 dollars to get it done and I still have the same problems not control.

    Very hard to pair with TV after factory reset had been performed. Might work better with already functioning TV sets.

    Replaced twice and doesn’t work on our TV. Red light on remote stops flashing. We keep putting new batteries in it and no success.

    Wry cheap for a replacement remote!! I buy around 20 of these tvs a year for my housing business. We go through the remotes like crazy! These are the exact same remote but for such a low cost! Love it!!
