    Drains Batteries Relentlessly After A Few Months

    I have four of these remotes. After a few months use, two of them drain batteries in less than a week. When the remote is new batteries will last months. The remotes are very lightly used and shouldn't fail this soon and as often as they do.

    bought to replace my remote that wasn't working with my tv, but this one still didn't work with it as well. thinking its just the tv.

    This remote should have been cheaper. The setup process was easy enough, I just think for the price it needed more features.

    It is a great remote. However we had to buy it to replace a remote that was LESS than 1 year old. I’m hoping this one lasts a good bit longer.

    Best Buy Salisbury please excuse me for this terrible words but they suck. I am canceling my membership to the geek squad won’t answer the phone won’t help you when you go to the calendar. You need an appointment just not gonna take it. I’m done peace out.

    Works better than the original but it’s still hit or miss. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Like right now the volume button won’t work so I can’t hear anything no matter what I do. It turned all the way down and I can’t make it any louder. There’s always at least one button per day that doesn’t work then magically starts working again later. Every replacement I have tried is junk. I will never purchase insignia electronics again.

    Well, I bought the TV in Sept 2019. Replaced the remote with this one (identical) in April 2021, and now I'm having to do it yet again in Oct 2022. TV is just fine but the FiOS remote lasted more than 5 years, and i only stopped using it because we moved. It was still working. So, this remote is fine, just know you will be replacing it every 12 - 18 months. Ugh.

    It's okay, it does work, didn't have to program it, it seems a little slow to respond, not as fast as the original one, and the voice doesn't work,

    The remote was supposed to be a replacement for the one that came with my Toshiba tv but it’s always giving me errors about the tv can’t find the remote so I have to cut the tv off and on again to get the errors to disappear so I can see the screen almost $30.00 for a remote that works part of the time is disappointing
