We were using in Fire TV remote app on the phone and it’s horrible. I’ve contacted Amazon and since I bought it in 2018, they refer me back to Toshiba manufacture. But I google their website and I enter my name and model, it referred me to Best Buy and I was ecstatic that I was able to pick it up at my local Best Buy. I was able to pick it up next day and it is a lot better than my original remote control. I like it where it had option to click netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime video, and Disney. Super convenient.

It is exactly as great as the original remote. The set-up was simple and quick. One thing about the remote, it doesn't feel like a replacement. My TV connected instantly with no issues.

I bought the supposed "replacement" off amazon and that has to be a knock off because my samsung tv wont even register it. This feels more like the original

You know sometimes if you order from an online superstore you think you’re getting the real deal but it is some bogus remote. But when you order from Best Buy, you get what you’re looking for and paying for.!
