Associate said they werent available & i had to call the number behind my tv to order one directly from toshiba .. I got this exact remote @ that same stote 1hr later threw curb side pickup!! Anyways remote works great on my toshiba fire tv.

It also switches channels own without even touching it. I bought the previous one online for half the price and only lasted a few months. I bought this more expensive one from Best Buy, thinking it would be of a higher quality, but it is not. Also bought their Insignia TV and it is very slow to switch channels or access menu. I would not buy either again.
