great for mounting your flat screen TV.

The one thing that I didn't like too much was the way the bars mounted to the TV. For the price it works perfec. I don't care too much that you are limited to only moving the TV up and down, so make sure when you mount it, you will be directly in front of it because you can't move it fleet or right.
