Fixed wall mount

It should be noted in bold print the TV "cannot" be mounted in a totally FIXED/STATIONARY position. It certainly will not move up or down and it is touted to be able to "center" your TV, but nowhere do they inform/warn you it cannot be locked in one stable position!
