The brackets are actually much too long and I were exposed above and below the TV. If you were to try it on a smaller TV you definitely have to get out a hacksaw to shorten the supports. It holds well but it is a little unsightly

I bought a Rocketfish full motion mount for a 32" TV a few years ago which cost $200! I usually shy away from the cheaper versions of items and would go the expensive Rocketfish route, but I just bought another 32" TV last week and didn't have a table for it, and right there in front of me on the shelf was this stand. It was an open box item so I got it for an amazing $16 (regular $30). I figured I'd have bad karma if I didn't at least give this mount a try. It went up faster and easier than other mounts I've purchased in the past, it's very sturdy, and I like its low-profile. Very happy with my purchase

As long as your TV has a compatible back, this mount is easy to install and feels solid. My TV has a flat back so it fit easily, but even with other TVs, the spacers provided with the package will help an easy install. Package also included different sizes of screws for different TVs which was a plus. Good value for its purpose.
