moves horizontally!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn't realize until I put this wall mount up for my 55" TV that this allows the TV to move on the bar horizontally! It was SUCH a pain trying to find dead center on the wall to evenly match the couch, when all this time we could have just ball-parked it and slid the TV down to match. The bar won't let you slide the TV off the side don't worry. And disconnecting the TV off it is really simple. I just need 2 people b/c of the size of the TV. It locks it securly into place very well and I've had no problems what-so-ever! If I ever need another mount one day I will buy this one again!

It holds my tv

BUT and it was a big BUT, I was trying to hang a Samsung curved 65" tv on it and it doesn't come with the correct screws needed to hang it. So you either have to call insignia and have them send you the correct size (3-5 days) or go and spend 8.00 more at Ace hardware, true value, or an auto parts store. By the time I realized this it was 8:30 at night and all the above places were closed. So this is why I gave it 4 stars
