The RIGHT gift

He was thrilled to be able to be "connected" using local WI-FI in his Senior Residential Community. No need for a computer. No spread sheets. No multi-tasks. Just email and fun searches.

I am happy with my new tablet.

I am very happy with my new tablet! The only thing that bothers me is the battery doesn't seem to last very long so I keep my charger very close to me. The tablet fit in the old case perfectly. I had no other issues with it.

Defective Tablet

Had I read the online reviews of this tablet before purchasing, I would not have bought this product. I have owned this a little over a year and the tablet will not stay charged for the 8-12 hours that it claims it does. The full 100% charge is gone is 40 minutes. Brought this into a Best Buy store and was told to call the Insignia 1-800 number for service. Called the Insignia hotline and was told, "Were sorry but your tablet is out of warranty. You can bring it into the Geek Squad and pay to have them fix it if they can, since the battery is on the MB inside of the tablet.". I am so upset, this was the first tablet I have ever bought. I spent $89.00. I will never again buy any Insignia product from BBY because they do not stand behind their product line. Absolutely inexcusable! DON'T EVER BUY ANY INSIGNIA PRODUCT. THE QUALITY IS POOR!!!
