I bought this inexpensive tablet for my kids. It works fine for them to play games on.

After charging, I attempted to set-up & it would not recognize the password for my wifi connection. I called Insignia & they had me reboot my modem, erase all the factory data on the tablet & re-enter my password. The unit still would not authenticate my password. I have another tablet & a Toshiba laptop on this network. The Insignia CS suggested I contact my internet provider, which I did. Since my other devices are working properly, it is not an internet provider issue. Am returning to Best Buy for a refund.

For it's relatively low price, this is a good-enough tablet.

The specs on this tablet are great, the graphics were very good and the price was awesome. I picked this up for my father to play his casino games and he really enjoyed it for a few weeks. Then the battery went bad and it wouldn't charge. I took it back to the store for a replacement but one of the salesmen told me there are good batches and bad batches. I didn't want to take a chance on getting another bad tablet, so I bought my father a Samsung Galaxy Tab S. He loves his new tablet!

I love the new Insigna Flex. I will prob rate it 5 starts after having it for a while longer. Zero problems so far.

I got this Insignia tablet on sale less than $149. I really like this tablet. I used the bluetooth to connect to my Sony soundbar and it sounds very good. Video streaming by wifi is very good. The video quality is better than I expected. No need to spend $300 to $500 unless you just want super high resolution.

We had this for about a year and it just stopped charging. Other then that it worked great. Camera a bit fuzzy. We did take it in and they happily exchanged it for the new version and that we love!

My 10 year old nephew is enjoying his tablet very much..worth the price for a 10 year old..he takes it everywhere
